Did you know music education develops self-control, relieves stress, and boosts confidence? Learning music also helps children build valuable language and logic skills. Our curriculum is based on multiple music approaches and incorporates the National Standards for Music Education.
The AIA visual arts curriculum brings art into our classrooms with activities that teachers and students love.
We provide our students with hands-on experience with various art techniques and mediums while incorporating art history, social studies and literacy, all while creating and having fun! As our students develop their artistic abilities, they gain critical-thinking skills, self-esteem, social competencies, better decision-making capacities, inventiveness, and more!
We can't wait to see what your child can create with us!
We all know that dance can provide a great form of exercise, but did you know it can do a lot more?
Dance provides our students with the opportunity to express themselves creatively with movement while staying active! Students who are involved in dance improve their self-confidence, learn to trust their own instincts, and experience meaningful collaboration with their peers.
The physical benefits of dance are well-known as a form of exercise. However, it also has emotional benefits because it combines creativity, self-expression, and movement. Your child will enjoy dance activities that lead to improvements in sensitivity, understanding, appreciation, and consideration for others.
Families are busy, and our students love school life. We extend the love by offering before and after-care programs, such as folkloric ballet, music production, guitar and piano lessons, art and drama classes, cooking, and sports. Click here to register online.
Music, art, and dance intensive programs with more advanced and specialized small group instructions are provided at AIA for students with high ability in music or art.
