In-class support and out-of-class enrichment opportunities are offered for all AIA students to support their advancement academically, socially, emotionally, and, of course, in the arts.
The HAP Program provides an additional level of challenge to students who demonstrate high achievement potential and would benefit from targeted instruction to reach their potential!
At AIA, your child will explore various social issues through the lens of justice, humanity, and sustainability. We challenge students to think deeply about how social problems are interrelated, how they affect individuals differently, and what the particular issue means to their lives as we strive together to create a more just, humane, and sustainable world.

Learning by doing, seeing, and exploring is the AIA way. Field trips are an integral part of a rich academic experience. Your child will learn more through immersive community adventures that develop observation skills, broaden horizons, and create connections to the real world.

Every student has unique needs and can benefit from attention on a personal level. Arts in Action ensures a safe and collaborative environment designed for personal growth and achievement.
Our school counselors facilitate individual or group sessions to address student issues that might impact their lives, both in and out of school. When needed, our team can target issues such as self-esteem, interpersonal problems, emotion management, organization, and help provide academic and behavioral support.
